Thing 2- Web 2

I'm starting to understand the meanings, definitions and origins of some of these words and concepts. It is still so overwhelming - the amount of information out there....I found the Web 4 video interesting. So far I've avoided the "mobile" types of internet accessing - it seems to me to already be so time consuming that I don't know that I want to give in to that next leap.
On the subject of time - since we found out that we won't be able to get any CEUs in my department for this class - I probably won't be putting in quite the effort as I had planned on - but will still be interested in going through each "thing" to learn the information anyway for my own benefit. It's a great advantage to be able to take the class for free -even without the CEU's so I want the library staff to know I appreciate it! My blogs may not reflect my efforts since I am really doing it only for my own knowledge now!
